Returns

We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 business days. If you would like to return, replace, or exchange an item please contact us at support@shoplexcity.com. Returns will be refunded in the payment originally provided.

Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.  Once your order has been processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.  Upon receiving the item, you can reach out to us to request a return.  Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide.  However, there are several countries that we currently do not ship to.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

It typically takes approximately 2 business days to process your order. Your order will arrive within 10 to 15 business days, due to having multiple warehouses overseas.  For international shipments, sometimes there are slight delays (a few more business days) that is outside of our control.  You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
