In the event that the shipping carrier has mishandle and damage your package during transit, please contact us quickly with the following info:
1. Your order number
2. A clear detail image of the damaged product
Once our staff receives your email, we’ll file for the damage package with the carrier and ship out a replacement product from our fulfillment center at no additional cost to you.
If you have auto-filled incorrectly or misspelled your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email received with the correct address.
As long as your order has not been shipped out yet, we can update to the correct address within 24 hours.
Currently we do not ship internationally yet and only in the US. However, we will be shipping worldwide in Summer of 2021!
Depending on the product and the location of our fulfillment center, the shipping and delivery time varies.
You can add an item to the Cart, enter your shipping address and quickly get an estimated delivery time for the order.
We provide a tracking number for every order shipped. The tracking number will be available once your order is shipped.
Your product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the world, since our product team spends a lot of time to procure excellent quality products at an affordable price to our customers.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email from our system providing you with a tracking number.
If you do not see an email with your tracking number, please check your junk mail box. Sometimes emails might be filtered out incorrectly by the email provider.
If you haven’t received a tracking number or it doesn’t work, please contact our friendly staff and we’ll help you out.
Also, if you create an account on our website, you can log into your account to view the order and updated tracking number as well.
In the event that your order will take longer than usual to ship out, our support team will contact you through email to confirm with the new estimated delivery time.
If the item has not been shipped out yet, you can always cancel the order and we’ll issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
In some cases the products are shipped out from different fulfillment centers and location, hence there will be separate packages. We try to get the items deliver to you faster and save cost if possible.
There are circumstances that are outside of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, delays are usually caused by international customs processing as well.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and our helpful staff will work with you to resolve any situation.
Somehow the product didn't live up to your expectations. We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 business days.
If you would like to return, replace, or exchange an item please contact our friendly support team. Returns will be refunded in the payment originally provided.
Please request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order since our shipping carrier has already pick up the package.
